This full bodyweight program will incorporate a variety of training styles to progressively challenge you week by week - targeting building muscle, fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and will be completed with overall mobility. All routines can be completed by any individual - beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
Week after week, each version of the workout routine is meant to evolve and progressively challenge you, where the very last one is meant to push yourself to new limits. The program begins with straight-set workouts, then moves onto super-sets, EMOM’s, and finally an AMRAP style.
The goal is to improve all aspects of fitness to get through each level of difficulty. What’s phenomenal about this program is that the very last training style (AMRAP) can set the tone for newer goals and be the beginning to another phase in your fitness.
