Growing up as an elite athlete playing high level sports, fitness became a huge part of my lifestyle and why I took an immense interest in it. Suffering multiple injuries derailed some of these sport activities, however it steered me in the direction of the gym where I found my true passion in life. the confidence growth, greater mental clarity, improved personal health and longevity are just a few of the undeniable benefits of training with purpose - and all reasons behind why i value working with every client.
I believe the key to success is creating strong rapport with clientele and truly understanding their x-factor. regardless of an individual’s level of physical activity, building a solid foundation right from the beginning is most important. learning correct form, proper technique, and preventing injury with proper stretching and recovery are essential components of what i practice and teach. as a trainer, i make it a priority to educate myself on a wide range of training styles to gain versatility when it comes to working with individuals with all types of goals.
